We do not have a warehouse or showroom open to the public. We are available by appointment for items to be viewed prior to purchase however most items are wrapped for their protection and not fully assembled so it is best to rely on the online images. We are in SW Las Vegas near Tenaya and Warm Springs for pick up. Delivery and Set up is available for a fee based on area.
We accept Zelle, Venmo or Bank Wire. Your order will be confirmed by a Rooms by Design Representative and you will be provided information necessary to process your preferred payment method.
Rooms by Design Full Room Packages are in stock and ready for pick up by appointment or delivery for a fee. A Customer Representative will contact you to confirm the availability and discuss your preference for pick up or delivery.
Special order processing and delivery time takes between 5-7 Business days. For an additional fee, we offer delivery for all areas in Las Vegas and Henderson. A Customer Representative will contact you to schedule your delivery once your furniture arrives and is inspected.
Delivery includes the unloading of your items to your doorstep or garage. This does not include assembly of any items or in-house placement
For an additional fee, we offer white glove delivery service that includes set up and assembly in each room as applicable. Our Team will assemble your pieces properly and provide in-house placement.
All purchases over $5000 include FREE DELIVERY and FREE ASSEMBLY.
This includes the unloading and setting up of your items to a first floor living space or garage. Additional floors will incur an additional fee.
Creating long standing relationships with our customers is our goal. We carefully select manufacturers that provide quality products. Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your experience and purchases at Rooms by Design. And if not, we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Rooms by Design, we offer a one-time re-selection or refund within 7 days of receiving your merchandise. Merchandise must be in like-new condition in order to receive a credit less a 20% re-stocking fee.
Mattresses shown in the pictures and showroom are for DISPLAY PURPOSES only and are not included with the bed. We offer mattresses for purchase separately.
